Following your enrolment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the dates, times and other particulars relating to your class. This is conditional upon receipt of full payment and available spaces. If there is no availability at your preferred time, you will be advised of other suitable options for the same class.
PLEASE make us aware of any medical condition that may affect your child’s ability to participate in the programme. We will keep a medical record & inform instructors of any conditions that could impact upon the safety of your child.
If you prefer to keep your child's medical condition private, please inform NZL Swim Director - David Lyles prior to the first lesson. We must know of any medical condition that could affect the safety of any child or if we need to adjust our teaching approach. We may refuse enrolment if we believe our staff cannot adequately meet a child's particular needs.
Fees are payable in advance of the term commencing to confirm your place.
Make up classes can be taken if classes fall on a Public Holiday (choice may be limited by pool/teacher availability).
No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes due to holidays, trips, birthdays, other activities etc.
Refunds or credits will only be available due to serious illness or injury with a medical certificate.
Private lessons may be cancelled or postponed up to 48 hours before the session. Lessons changed after this time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Parents must contact NZL Swim via email to confirm withdrawal from a class prior to week 3 of the term. There will be no refund of term fees if a student leaves a class after the third week for reasons other than ill health, injury or re-location.
Changing class during term will not incur additional charges but will be subject to suitable lessons being available.
